I need your help! What do you really want?
I’ve been working on something special for the past few months.
I’m applying what I’ve learned from working for over twenty years as an insider in financial services and another ten years spent coaching on the outside, looking in, and partnering with senior leaders in financial services.
So far, so good. (More details on this will come later in 2025.)
Now, I need your help! I would love your input to ensure what I’m writing meets the needs of those who want to understand the building blocks of a successful managerial career.
Could you take a few minutes to answer these questions HERE?
When I first started writing, I aimed to address three of the biggest problems we see in the workplace arising from inadequate and absent management training:
The negative impact of managers on mental health.
Lack of proper management training costs businesses.
Managers are struggling to keep up with the rate of change.
My latest book, The Accidental Manager’s Playbook, aims to solve all three of those problems.
Increasing your likelihood of being both a successful and effective manager.
Helping you develop into a great manager without relying upon you to get lucky and work for one.
Guiding you in building and leading high-performing teams capable of operating when times are good and bad.
I have made a lot of headway, but I need your help if I’m going to serve more people who want to avoid the default Accidental Management trap.
Your answers will help me better understand your needs and ensure this book helps you achieve your management and leadership dreams.
Thank you so much for your time.
